A. PAGIBIG (HDMF) FINANCING
1. Proof of Income a. For employee - one month latest payslip b. For OFW - latest job contract c. For Self Employed - Income Tax Return with Audited Financial Statement for the last (2) years
2. Proof of Identification - atleast two government issued ID (husband and wife if married)
3. Proof of Billing Address
4. Signed MSVS or Membership Status Verification Slip
FOR SUBMISSION WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE RESERVATION DATE
1. Post Dated Checks for the entire Down Payment(DP) and Mortgage Redemption Insurance or MRI, (15 days from reservation)
2. Approved Membership Status Verification Slip (MSVS)
3. Company ID if the borrower is an employee
4. Pagibig Membership Identification Number
5. Notarized Certificate of Employment and Compensation
6. Birth Certificate & CENOMAR (Single) or Marriage Contract (Married)
7. 3pcs. 1x1 ID Picture
8. Latest government Issued ID of SPA (If applicable)
9. Notarized or authenticated SPA (HDMF format; (if applicable)
FOR BUYER WHO OPTS TO CONVERT HIS ACCOUNT TO HDMF
1. Approved MSVS
2. Borrower Validation Sheet (BVS) duly approved by an authorized HDMF representative
3. Latest Proof of Income a. Notarized COEC and latest 1 month payslip - employed b. ITR with AFS - self employed c. Latest Job Contract - OFW
4. Valid ID of spouse (if applicable)
5. Company ID if the borrower is an employee
6. Notarized or authenticated Special Power of Attorney (HDMF format - if applicable)
7. Latest proof of billing
HDMF Borrower's Eligibility
1. A buyer should be a bonafide member of PAGIBIG Fund
2. Active contribution for (2) years
3. Not more than 65 years old at the date of loan application, insurable and is not more than 70 years old at the date of loan maturity
4. Has a legal capacity to acquire and encumber real property
5. No standing or existing housing loan
6. If with multi- purpose loan, payment should be updated
7. Maximum loan term is 30 years
B. INHOUSE FINANCING
1. Proof of Income a. For see employee - one month latest payslip b. For OFW - latest job contract c. For Self Employed - Income Tax Return with Audited Financial Statement for the last (2) years
2. Proof of Identification - atleast two government issued ID (husband and wife if married)
3. Proof of Billing Address
FOR SUBMISSION WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE RESERVATION DATE

2. Birth Certificate & CENOMAR (Single) or Marriage Contract (Married)

5. Notarized or authenticated SPA (Consolidated; (if applicable)
C. BANK FINANCING
